Slight change in my Training Plans

I had a lot of goals planned for 2013.  It was going to be a great year, topped off with another Marathon.  What I had not planned on was a case of Plantar Fasciitis that derailed every one of my goals.  I went from 100-120 miles per month to some months with no running.  So, there may be some dated material on this site, but it will get updated if and when I get through this.  As of this post, 10 months and counting…
